This collection explores the concept of forces which pull us all through life. Whether physical or intangible, significantly felt or occurring without notice, there are always forces at work all around us. Some become especially prominent during winter: in nature there’s the visible currents of snow and wind in the landscapes, and the distinct shifts in animal migration and hibernation. For us there’s a season of rest and reflection, respite and magic in the silence and beauty of snow, and the joy of playing in it. However one experiences snow - skiing, sledding, snowmen, simply admiring it with a cup of cocoa - it is a unique point of connection between us and nature, and a renewal of awe and enjoyment of simple wonders.
